Return Period

  • Customers can initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving the product.

Return Conditions

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Products not meeting these conditions will not be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange.

Return Options

Once we receive the returned product, it will go through a quality check process. Upon approval, customers can choose one of the following:

  • Refund: The refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of approval and will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Store Credit: Customers can opt for store credit of equal value, which can be used on future purchases.
  • Product Exchange: Exchange for a different size, color, or product, subject to availability.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product received was defective or incorrect.

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery with a ₹100 processing fee per request. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
